Terms of Service

Last updated October 3, 2026

Agreement

These terms are between you and ArriveZen LLC, 11891 US-1, Suite 203, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408. By using the ArriveZen website or app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What ArriveZen is

ArriveZen is a platform that connects guests with independent, licensed massage service providers and wellness providers, and gives those providers tools to run their practice. ArriveZen does not provide massage or healthcare services and is not a party to the service relationship between a guest and a provider.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login details secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Minors may receive services only with a parent or guardian's written consent.

Bookings, fees, and cancellations

Session prices, availability, and cancellation windows are set by each provider and shown before you book. When a guest books through the ArriveZen marketplace, ArriveZen charges the provider a marketing fee, and guests pay no ArriveZen booking fee. Providers who bring their own clients pay no marketing fee.

Vouchers and promotional offers are limited, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be honored only by participating providers during the stated redemption period.

Waitlist and marketing communications

Joining the ArriveZen waitlist requires your agreement to receive emails and text messages from us, because your $60 voucher, launch details, and provider matches are delivered through those channels. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. Withdrawing consent ends waitlist communications and may mean we can no longer deliver or honor your voucher, but it does not limit your ability to use ArriveZen or book with a provider. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must hold and maintain all licenses, registrations, and insurance required in their state, must describe their services accurately, and are solely responsible for the care they deliver, their premises, and their compliance with applicable law.

Reviews and content

Reflections and other content you post must be honest, your own, and free of unlawful, abusive, or misleading material. We may remove content that breaks these rules. Providers may reply to reviews but cannot edit or delete them.

Communications

We send service messages related to your account and bookings. Marketing emails and text messages are sent only with your permission and you can withdraw it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Team credentials and studio responsibility

A studio owner or lead provider who adds team members, employees or independent contractors to their ArriveZen account promises that every one of them holds an active, valid state license to practice and adequate professional liability insurance for the services they offer, and that these stay current for as long as they practice under the account.

The studio owner must enter each team member's license number, issuing state, expiration date and proof of liability insurance in their ArriveZen portal. ArriveZen may review these records and may hide or suspend any team member or account whose credentials are missing, expired or cannot be verified.

Verifying the licensing and insurance of team members is the studio owner's responsibility. The studio owner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold ArriveZen LLC harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from services performed by a team member who was unlicensed, uninsured or acting outside the scope of their license.

Health disclaimer

Content on ArriveZen, including answers from our AI assistant, is general wellness information only. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArriveZen is provided "as is" and ArriveZen LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any provider or guest.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
