Do you take a cut of clients I bring myself?+
On paid plans, never. You keep 100% of direct and repeat bookings. A marketing fee applies only to new clients the ArriveZen marketplace sends you.
Can I move my existing clients and schedule over?+
Yes. Bring your client list, intake forms and appointments into ArriveZen, and your records always stay yours to export.
Who can join?+
Licensed massage therapists and wellness providers with professional liability insurance. Every license is reviewed by hand before your account opens.
What happens after the 90 days on Sprout?+
Sprout continues at its regular monthly price, or you can switch to Seed, Bud or Bloom. Pay yearly and get 2 months complimentary.
When does ArriveZen open to clients?+
We welcome the public on December 1, 2026. Approved founding providers are set up and listed before launch.
