ArriveZen Compass Creator Terms

These terms are between you and ArriveZen LLC, 11891 US-1, Suite 203, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408, and apply when you create a channel and publish videos on the ArriveZen Channel as an ArriveZen Compass. They add to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By checking the agreement box and creating your channel, you accept them.

You must be 18 or older and have an ArriveZen account. If you present yourself as a licensed massage therapist or wellness professional, you must hold a valid license where required and keep it current. ArriveZen may ask for proof at any time and may grant or remove Verified status at its discretion. Every creator on the Channel is an ArriveZen Compass. There are two badges, and both can earn. The Golden Compass badge is for wellness enthusiasts with no professional license who reach 888 or more followers. The Certified Professional Compass badge is for creators verified as licensed or certified to practice in their state who reach 888 or more followers. Enthusiasts must not present themselves as licensed professionals.

You may only upload videos you created or have full rights to use, including music, images and anyone who appears on screen. You must have written consent from every person shown, and never film a client without it. Zenzees are limited to 60 seconds; Compass Sessions, for Verified creators only, are limited to 15 minutes.

Every video you publish must be your own original work. You must be the person who created it and the one who owns it. You may not upload, re-post or edit someone else's video, clip, music or images and present it as your own.

If ArriveZen finds that you took someone else's content and claimed it as yours, that content will be removed, and you will not be paid for it. Any views and earnings from that content will not count and will be taken out of your balance. Repeat cases may lead to losing your badge, suspension or closing your channel.

• Nudity, sexual content or suggestive framing of any kind.
• Medical claims, diagnoses, or promises to cure or treat illness.
• Unsafe techniques shown without proper warnings.
• Harassment, hate, discrimination, or misleading information.
• Spam, fake engagement, or posting phone numbers and outside booking links to avoid the platform.
• Content copied from other creators or platforms.

Your videos share general wellness education, not medical advice. Where relevant, you agree to remind viewers to consult a qualified healthcare provider and to stop if anything causes pain. You are responsible for the accuracy and safety of what you teach.

You keep ownership of your videos. You give ArriveZen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, resize, promote and share your videos on the ArriveZen website, app, and marketing while they are published, and for a reasonable time after removal for backups and promotions already running.

Earnings are available only when ArriveZen turns them on for your channel. Your channel becomes eligible to start earning once your content reaches 8,888 total verified views. Any revenue share comes from featured provider ads shown with your videos; videos that go viral and carry featured ad placements earn a higher share. Earnings build up in your balance and are paid out only once your balance reaches $100. The rates shown in Creator Studio are estimates until a payout program is announced in writing. ArriveZen may withhold earnings linked to fake views, fraud or broken rules. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Only verified views count toward the 8,888 milestone and earnings. A verified view means a real person watched with the page open and in focus for at least 15 seconds of a Zenzee or 30 seconds of a Compass Session. Quick visits, repeat plays by the same viewer on the same day, your own plays, and views from robots, view farms or automated tools are not counted.

When you answer viewer questions, keep replies respectful and educational. Do not collect viewers' personal details outside ArriveZen or give individual medical advice.

ArriveZen may review, hide, or remove any video, comment or channel that breaks these terms or puts viewers at risk, and may suspend creators who repeatedly break them. You may delete your videos at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArriveZen is not liable for how viewers use your content, and you agree to cover claims caused by content you upload. We may update these terms; if the changes are important we will ask you to agree again. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
