ArriveZen LLC, 11891 US-1, Suite 203, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408 ("ArriveZen", "we", "us") operates the ArriveZen platform, where guests discover and book licensed massage service providers and wellness providers, and where providers manage their practice.

You give us: your name, email address, phone number, city or zip code, session preferences, wellness goals, booking details, intake form answers, reviews, and anything else you type into our forms.

We collect automatically: basic device and usage information, such as pages viewed and approximate location, so the site works and improves over time.

Providers give us: business details, licensing and insurance information, and documents uploaded for studio sharing verification.

• To match you with providers and to create and manage your bookings.
• To issue, deliver, and redeem vouchers and loyalty rewards.
• To send service messages such as confirmations, reminders, and account notices.
• To send marketing messages by email and text message, only where you have given us permission.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

When you join our waitlist, we ask you to agree to receive emails and text messages from ArriveZen. Because we deliver your $60 voucher, launch updates, and provider matches through those channels, this consent is required to join the waitlist and claim the voucher. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect your ability to browse ArriveZen or book a session with a provider.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Service messages related to a booking you made may still be sent.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share only what is needed: with the provider you book (your name, contact details, and intake answers), with service partners who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, email and text message delivery, analytics), and where required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive documents. No system is perfectly secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18. Minors may receive services only with a parent or guardian's written consent, collected through the provider's intake form.
