A calm treatment room with a made massage table and morning light
Sanctuary Share

An empty room is a quiet loss.A shared one is a living.

Sanctuary Share lets licensed studios open their treatment rooms by the hour — and lets visiting practitioners rent a beautiful space without signing a lease. Vetted on both sides, priced in plain numbers.

Two ways to arrive

One room, two practitioners, both better off. Pick the side you are standing on.

I have a room

For studio owners and service providers with space

  • Quiet hours become income

Tuesday mornings, Friday afternoons — the hours your table sits empty can pay your rent instead.

  • You stay in control

You choose the days, the hours, the hourly rate, the house rules and who walks through the door.

  • Everyone is checked first

License, insurance and state practice address are reviewed before a visiting service provider is approved.

  • Meet before you commit

A short welcome call comes standard, so you can feel the fit before you hand over a key.

I need a room

For mobile, traveling and independent practitioners

  • A room for the hours you need

No lease, no deposit, no year-long commitment. Rent one afternoon, or settle into a weekly rhythm.

  • Work where your clients are

Take a room near your clients instead of asking them to cross town to you.

  • Book around your life

Send a request with the hours you want, meet the host, and get confirmed for that exact window.

  • Show up credentialed

Upload your license and insurance once. Every host you meet already knows you are covered.

Questions worth asking

What does it cost to host a room?+

$15 a month added to your ArriveZen plan while room sharing is on, plus $3 from each confirmed room session. No percentage of your hourly rate.

What does it cost to rent a room?+

You pay the host's hourly rate plus a flat $5 booking fee per reservation. Nothing else, and nothing monthly.

Do I need my landlord's permission?+

Yes. Hosts add written landlord approval and their establishment license details before a room can welcome anyone. It protects your lease and everyone in the building.

Can I decline a request?+

Always. Every request comes to you first. You can meet the service provider, ask questions, and say no for any reason.

Is my room listed publicly?+

Only while you keep it active. Turn a room off any time and it disappears from the directory immediately.

What if something goes wrong?+

Both sides carry their own liability insurance, which we verify. House rules are agreed in writing before the first session, and every reservation is recorded.

Your room is already beautiful. Let it be useful.

Open it for the hours you are not in it, or find one for the hours you need. Either way, you arrive.
